Shiso is a plant that belongs to the mint family. It has a special, sharp smell and a fine taste that is vaguely reminiscent of basil.

A name that is commonly used is Japanese basil.

Infused with the umeshu this gives a great new drink that softens the taste of the umeshu and gives it a botanical touch. Very approachable because of this soft spiciness.

Why did the sake go to therapy?
Because it had too many issues to "ferment"!
