Tom is a passionate sommelier with extensive experience in renowned Michelin-starred restaurants. He is currently working at Hof van Cleve (**), where he applies his expertise and refined palate daily to offer guests an exceptional wine experience.
Driven by his love for wine and craftsmanship, Tom set out to find winemakers who work with passion and respect for the terroir. His mission? To import unique wines and share these exceptional discoveries with the rest of the world.
With his deep knowledge and keen selection, Tom doesn’t just bring wines to the market but shares stories – bottles with character, crafted by passionate winemakers who prioritize authenticity and quality.
