1. Which shipping partner do you work with? For all our deliveries, we usually work with DPD.

2. What is the delivery time for my order? The delivery time is 3 to 7 business days.

3. How is my order packaged? We package all orders with great care to prevent any damage during transport.

4. How can I track my delivery? Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email from DPD with tracking information. You will also receive a notification when the package has been delivered.

5. What if I’m not home during the delivery? You can use the DPD portal to choose to:

  • Have the package delivered to a safe location.
  • Select a different delivery time.
  • Have the package delivered to a DPD Pick-up parcelshop, so you can pick it up later.

 

6. Can I pick up my order myself? Yes, you can pick up your order for free by appointment. Please send us a message to schedule a pickup appointment.

For the payment of your order, you can choose from the following payment options:

1. What does it mean when a product is out of stock? When a product is marked as "out of stock," it means that it is temporarily unavailable.

2. Can I be notified when the product is back in stock? Yes! Send us an email at info@ohmysake.com, and we will let you know as soon as the product is available again.

3. How long does it take for a product to be back in stock? This depends on the product and delivery times. Feel free to contact us for an estimated restock date.

Can I reserve an out-of-stock product? In some cases, we can make a reservation for you. Please contact us at info@ohmysake.com to discuss the options.

5. Are there alternative products available? Some products have similar alternatives. Feel free to browse our webshop or ask us for advice!

1. What should I do if my package arrives damaged? If your package arrives damaged, please send an email as soon as possible to info@ohmysake.com with photos of the damage and your order number.

2. Will I receive a new package? Yes! Once we have received your report, we will ensure that a new package is sent to you.

3. How soon will my replacement order be shipped? We will aim to ship your new package as quickly as possible. The exact delivery time depends on product availability and the shipping service.

4. Do I need to return the damaged package? In most cases this is not necessary. We will let you know if a return is required.

5. What if a product in my package is damaged, but the rest is in good condition? Let us know via info@ohmysake.com with photos of the damaged product. We will find a suitable solution together!
