A perfect example for a typical Hyogo sake, made from Yamadanishiki rice. This rice is the perfect companion for the yeast that can do its job nicely in the taste.

In this case, the accent is, as the name of the bottle suggests, on flowers. These floral impressions only increase if this sake is served warm. (45°C)
