Besides yuzu and kabosu this brewery knows perfectly how to deal with soft fruits. Lychee was one of their experiments and therefore recently brought to the market. Like the yuzushu this lycheeshu has an incredible level of purity. Everything is done to bring the lychee to the fore without it becoming licoreus or sugary, this ensures an unseen naturalness with only 7% alcohol.
