Naast yuzu en kabosu verstaat deze brouwerij perfect hoe om te gaan met zachte vruchten. Lychee was één van hun probeersels en dus recentelijk op de markt gebracht. Zoals de yuzushu heeft deze lycheeshu een ongelooflijk gehalte aan zuiverheid. Alles wordt gedaan om de lychee naar voor te brengen zonder dat het licoreus of suikerachtig worden, dit zorgt voor een ongeziene natuurlijkheid met slechts 7% alcohol.
