We perceive pleasantly effervescent scents of elderflower, green apple and citrus zest. During the tasting, this sake creates a whirlwind of refined impressions. Throughout all this, there is a perfect balance between viscosity and finesse.

This masterpiece is limited to 1000 liters/year.
