A nod to the geisha culture in Japan. After Tokyo and Kyoto, Niigata is the 3rd largest geisha community in Japan. As a tribute to these women, the brewer has brewed a fantastically soft and slightly sweet sake. A lower alcohol content emphasizes this softness.
