A “bio-saké” from the Sakuramasamune brewery. No pesticides were used on the rice fields to protect them from bacteria and pests. It is actually storks that do what is necessary to protect the rice.
We experience a soft nose with light aromatic notes of lychee and apple. In the taste there is a nice roundness with a light exotic aftertaste.
