Like sparkling sake, this also belongs to the “new style” sake in Japan.

We discover in this sake a charming bouquet of small red fruit in which slightly salty/salty accents can be detected. The pleasant juiciness in the mouth with a ripe tinted aftertaste of red fruit.

Reminds us of a Provence wine.

Why did the sake go to therapy?
