A slightly dry junmai ginjo sake with an elegant and refreshing taste, which makes the most of the umami of Omachi rice. It can be drunk cold or warmed up, and never gets tired of drinking after a long autumn. 100% Omachi rice is used to create a soft, fruity aroma with a smooth taste that is pleasantly soft on the tongue.
