Apr\u00e8s 6 ans de vieillissement en f\u00fbts de ch\u00eane blanc, il acquiert un ar\u00f4me de fruits d'une richesse ph\u00e9nom\u00e9nale, associ\u00e9 au caramel et au bois. Dans l'arri\u00e8re-go\u00fbt long et doux, on peut d\u00e9tecter des impressions de bl\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>La bouteille indique \u00ab liqueur \u00bb car le shochu peut en contenir entre 25 % et 37 % par d\u00e9finition.
