Et c'est ainsi que le sak\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 fabriqu\u00e9 \u00e0 partir de ce riz.<\/p>\n<p>Pour maximiser leurs profits, les brasseries diluaient leur sak\u00e9 avant de le livrer aux magasins de sak\u00e9. Et les magasins de sak\u00e9, \u00e0 leur tour, diluent leur stock avant de le vendre au consommateur.<\/p>\n<p>Cette pratique frauduleuse est devenue si courante qu'un terme a finalement \u00e9t\u00e9 invent\u00e9 pour d\u00e9signer ce type de sak\u00e9 : kingyo-shu (sak\u00e9 de poisson rouge), ce qui signifie que le sak\u00e9 \u00e9tait tellement dilu\u00e9 que les poissons rouges pouvaient y nager.<\/p>\n<p>La brasserie de sak\u00e9 Imayotsukasa, vieille de 250 ans, n'a jamais particip\u00e9 \u00e0 une telle pratique.
