Afterwards the flavour is balanced by adding sake and sugar.<\/p>\n<p>We can interpret this taste as a bouquet of this Japanese apricot with tropical fruits, nicely supported by roasted notes of licorice and liquorice. Accent of kirsch gives a pleasant twist to the whole. Very surprising is the expressive freshness throughout the ripe aftertaste.
