“Yomigaeri Hyakunen Junmai Genshu” is Junmai Genshu which is brewed from “Kyokai Yeast No.1 (Sakuramasamune’s yeast)” and the best ingredients in the same method as 100 years ago. Manufactured from the best sake rice that has been allowed to grow in the best soil. It doesn’t add water for the adjustment of alcohol concentration, and maximize the umami flavor of the rice. It can be enjoyed with the full-bodied and the sharp taste.
