With 25% alcohol, this barley shochu is weaker than whiskey or normal vodka but stronger than wine or sake.
Barley shochu is less sharp than rice shochu and easier to drink. This "barrel-aged" version has more than 3 years in white oak barrels and has the taste of a single malt whiskey.
