An “organic sake” from the Sakuramasamune brewery. No pesticides were used on the rice fields to protect against bacteria and pests. Storks do the necessary to protect the rice.
We experience a soft nose with slightly aromatic notes of lychee and apple. In taste there is a nice rounder with a slightly exotic aftertaste.
