A slightly dry junmai ginjo sake with an elegant and refreshing taste that makes the most of the umami of Omachi rice. It can be drunk cold or warmed, and never gets tired of drinking after a long fall. 100% Omachi rice is used to create a soft, fruity aroma with a mellow flavor that is pleasantly smooth on the tongue.
