The cream of the crop at the Sakuramasamune brewery. Made from the best sake rice that has been allowed to grow on the best soil. An unfiltered, handmade Junmai Daiginjo sake that carries 400 years of brewing experience.

We observe pleasant parfume of elderflower, green apple and citrus zest. During tasting, this sake creates a whirlwind of refined impressions. Through all this there is a perfect balance between viscosity and finesse.

This masterpiece is limited to 1000litres/year.
