With 25% alcohol, this rice shochu is weaker than whiskey or normal vodka but stronger than wine or sake.
This is an authentic rice shochu made by a sake brewery that distils their rice and matures for more than 3 years in western white oak barrels. It is a soft liqueur with a rich aroma and mild taste.
