This is a thick bodied sake that has been carefully aged in the brewery. 

Junmai Daiginjo is the finest sake with an elegant incense and a ripe rich flavor that spreads on the palate.

This sake is brewed using the traditional method inherited by the chief brewers. 

It is hand-brewed according to our traditional recipe that has been passed down for generations.

A Daiginjo sake is a sake of the highest quality that has a strong body with a delicate & ripe flavor. 

The rice they have used here is Miyamanishiki and is grown and harvested in their own brewery. 

The long maturation process gives the richest flavor of Fukugen Junmai Daiginjo.

This sake is fermented at a very low temperature and for a longer period of time.
