Our Japanese sake sommelier pre-selects from its knowledge and authentic taste pattern. The selection is analysed by our Belgian sake sommelier, who further evaluates it together with (wine) sommeliers and confronts it to our western culture.

After this long process we can conclude the best associations with dishes or other alcohols as in cocktails. We present these to you below.
